A great blend of friendly men and women help each other.   The classes are energetic, challenging, ever-changing, and always inspiring! You will quickly get addicted to the reuslts as your body continually burns calories well after the workout is completed.

The PMAS Cardio Kickboxing program has four areas of focus:

    1. Convenience

At PMAS, we are committed to helping you stick to a fitness regimen that is both efficient and effective. Beginners classes are formed with a minimum of 8 new members, although anyone can join in our scheduled M-W-Sat. classes.

    1. Fitness

At PMAS, our programs are designed to provide our valued members with a complete fitness solution. Most gym workouts focus on either cardiovascular or strength training. Our Cardio Kickboxing courses are specifically designed to condition your entire body. As an added benefit, they do it in the same amount of time you would commit to working on just one of these areas at the gym.

Along with improved cardiovascular and muscular fitness, PMAS teaches advanced flexibility. Stretching and flexibility is a frequently overlooked component of fitness. They are not only critical to overall fitness, but are also a key to avoiding injury.

    1. Weight Control

Another popular benefit of our fun, challenging, and energizing workouts is their effectiveness in helping students maintain a healthy weight. Students at PMAS experience positive changes in their body from the very start. The pace of classes helps elevate the heart rate, allowing students to increase cardiovascular health while burning calories at a rapid rate. In addition, the increase in lean muscle mass that results from the total body nature of PMAS workouts means that students experience an increase in their metabolic rate, which is a fancy way of saying their bodies burn more calories 24 hours a day, 7 days per week!

    1. Confidence and Well-Being

Overcoming obstacles and attaining goals on a regular basis is the key component on the road to self confidence. As confidence grows, mental health and emotional well-being also improves. It is proven that people who exercise regularly suffer less from depression and have fewer problems at home or at work.
